<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance Specialist</strong><br /><br /> The Quality &amp; Compliance Specialist will oversee product quality, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance across a diverse product portfolio. This role partners with sourcing, operations, sales, customer service, and suppliers to ensure products consistently meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. <br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)</li><li>Monitor supplier performance through audits, scorecards, and corrective actions</li><li>Investigate customer quality issues and drive root cause resolution</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements</li><li>Maintain supplier qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation</li><li>Support customer requests for testing reports, certifications, and compliance records</li><li>Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools</li><li>Lead continuous improvement and CAPA initiatives to enhance product quality and supplier performance</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Supplier Quality, or Regulatory Affairs</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, plastics, or distribution environments preferred</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001, supplier audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality systems</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and quality management software</li><li>ASQ, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO Auditor certifications are a plus</li></ul>Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 <br /><br /> Benefits: <ul><li>Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance</li><li>401(k) offering</li><li>Paid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)</li><li>Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.</li></ul>LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment-and in the placement of top talent.
