<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><strong>Strategic Sourcing Specialist</strong><br /><br /> The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will drive supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and influence key business decisions. <br /><br /><strong> Responsibilities </strong><br /><br /> • Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies <br /><br /> • Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract activities <br /><br /> • Build strong supplier partnerships focused on cost, quality, and service <br /><br /> • Identify new sourcing opportunities and market trends <br /><br /> • Drive cost savings and process improvement initiatives <br /><br /> • Analyze spend data and supplier performance to support business decisions <br /><br /><strong> Qualifications </strong><br /><br /> • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or purchasing <br /><br /> • Proven supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing experience <br /><br /> • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills <br /><br /> • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency <br /><br /> • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations <br /><br /> Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 <br /><br /> Benefits: <ul><li>Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance</li><li>401(k) offering</li><li>Paid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)</li><li>Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.</li></ul> LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment-and in the placement of top talent.
