<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div>Description: <p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Manufacturing Specialist In-Training is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are</p><p>building foundational job and technical skills. Under the supervision of the Sr. Operations Manager,</p><p>team members in this role are trained in all aspects of the soap production process, from preparing</p><p>materials to packaging finished products, while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive,</p><p>team-oriented environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their confidence,</p><p>develop workplace habits, and gain experience in manufacturing and production settings.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>? Assist with maintenance and operational repairs.</p><p>? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Clean360 factory at all times</p><p>? Learn to set up and operate production machinery following safety and quality standards</p><p>? Assist with machine calibration and ensure proper startup procedures are followed</p><p>? Follow work orders to identify materials and batch requirements</p><p>? Measure and prepare ingredients for production</p><p>? Support quality control processes and monitor product consistency</p><p>? Practice proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods</p><p>? Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries and inventory</p><p>? Prepare cartons, crates, and packaging materials and ensure safe packing of products</p><p>? Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities</p><p>? Report any machinery issues or concerns to the supervisor/</p><p>? Assist with preventative maintenance under supervision.</p><p>? Participate in training and coaching workshops related to job readiness.</p><p>? Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Factory Supervisor and/or Sr. Operations Manager.</p><p>? Participate in department and organization meetings and trainings, as required.</p><p>Competencies:</p><p>? Willingness and ability to learn technical building maintenance skills.</p><p>? Must be willing to learn trade skills from other team members.</p><p>?
