Our platform helps go-to-market, operations, and compliance teams turn manual processes into AI-powered assistants — no prompt engineering or devs required.</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow pipeline and break into key accounts. You’ll be the first point of contact with future customers — driving outbound across cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. This is a high-energy, in-person role with direct access to founders, mentorship, and a fast track to growth.</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prospect into key accounts using cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn</li>\n <li>Write and deliver personalized outreach that drives responses</li>\n <li>Call into new accounts daily and confidently communicate Cassidy’s value</li>\n <li>Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team</li>\n <li>Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine ICP, messaging, and sequences</li>\n <li>Log activity, track results, and iterate quickly based on data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outbound lead generation</li>\n <li>Comfortable making dozens of cold calls per day</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write and pitch</li>\n <li>Resourceful, curious, and highly coachable</li>\n <li>Bonus: interest in AI, automation, or productivity tools</li>\n <li>Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) NYC — this role is fully in-person</li>\n <li>No visa sponsorship available.
