The practice is staffed by experienced registered nurses, estheticians, patient coordinators, and front office professionals who are selected for their skill, compassion, and commitment to subtle, natural-looking outcomes.\n<br /><strong>Role Description</strong> The Aesthetic Consultant/Patient Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This position is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointment scheduling, and guiding patients through their treatment journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. Daily tasks include conducting consultations to understand client goals, educating patients about available procedures and skincare options, preparing treatment rooms, and coordinating with physicians, nurses, and estheticians to ensure smooth clinic workflow. The role also involves handling phone and email inquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting front desk operations. The Aesthetic Consultant/Patient Coordinator is expected to provide empathetic, professional customer service, uphold privacy and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, luxury medspa experience.\n<br /><strong>Qualifications<br /></strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong patient-facing and customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a warm, professional demeanor.</li>\n <li>Experience in appointment scheduling, front desk operations, and basic administrative tasks within a medical, spa, or wellness setting.</li>\n <li>Knowledge or strong interest in cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic procedures, and skincare products, with the ability to explain treatment options in accessible terms.</li>\n <li>Sales and consultation abilities, including discussing treatment plans, presenting packages, answering questions, and supporting practice revenue goals ethically.</li>\n <li>Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple providers, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate records.</li>\n <li>Comfort with using practice management or scheduling software, email, and standard office applications.</li>\n <li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and adherence to patient confidentiality and safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Previous experience as a patient coordinator, medical assistant, spa concierge, or in a similar role is preferred.</li>\n <li>Background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or medspa environment is a plus; certification as a medical assistant or esthetician is beneficial.</li>\n</ul></div>
