<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p><strong>Exchange Engineer</strong></p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>NYC (Hybrid, 3 Days /Week Onsite)</p>\n<p>6 - 12 Months contract</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>Local candidates needed</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>W2 Need candidates authorized to work for any employer; Cannot sponsor</strong></p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange Engineer to manage and support our enterprise Microsoft Exchange 2019/Microsoft Exchange Online environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in <strong>email infrastructure, hybrid deployments, and email security technologies. </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<p>Manage hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations to Microsoft 365.</p>\n<p>Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.</p>\n<p>Provide Tier 3 support for messaging-related incidents and service requests.</p>\n<p>Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for messaging systems.</p>\n<p>Perform regular system health checks, patching, and capacity planning.</p>\n<p>Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.</p>\n<p>Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments (2019/Online).</p>\n<p>Monitor email traffic and security logs to detect and respond to threats or anomalies.</p>\n<p>Collaborate with security teams to enforce email DLP (Data Loss Prevention), encryption, and compliance policies.</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<p>3+ years of experience managing <strong>Microsoft Exchange</strong> environments.</p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of <strong>Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and hybrid configurations. </strong></p>\n<p>Fluency in Exchange Online and its interactions with other M365 services such as <strong>Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview. </strong></p>\n<p>Proficiency in <strong>PowerShell</strong> <strong>scripting </strong>for automation and reporting.</p>\n<p>Solid understanding of email security protocols <strong>(SPF, DKIM, DMARC). </strong></p>\n<p>A deep understanding of <strong>Active Directory, DNS, and networking fundamentals. </strong></p>\n<p>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<p>Administer and maintain <strong>Clearswift Secure Email Gateway, including policy configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting content filtering and protection against threats such as spam, direct harvest attacks, and reverse NDRs. </strong></p>\n<p>Knowledge of TrendMicro ScanMail is a plus</p>\n<p>Experience with AirWatch MDM solution</p></div>
