You'll build your own book of business in your local territory, on a schedule you control, selling advertising placements across BVM's local print magazine and companion digital, social, and website products.</p><ul><li><strong>Consult: </strong>Meet face-to-face with standout local business owners to showcase what makes their community great.</li><li><strong>Strategize: </strong>Build powerful, multi-channel branding programs using our media suite, print, digital, social, websites, and reputation management.</li><li><strong>Scale: </strong>Leverage our proven training and time-tested sales system to grow your own book of business, building community engagement that pays you and your community for years to come.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Earn</strong></p><p>This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or draw (full commission). Representatives earn a recurring commission on sales, with commission rates generally ranging from <strong>70-80%</strong> based on monthly sales volume and performance relative to the baseline* cost structure. Bonuses are available during start-up and on an ongoing basis.</p><p>*Baseline is the back-end cost associated with the magazine &amp; digital product's cost to produce, distribute, bill clients, etc, and does not come out of the representative's pocket.</p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Sales Acumen: </strong>A drive to help local businesses grow through the art of advertising sales, strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
