<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>The Client <br /></strong>Our client is a global company that develops and distributes premium health, wellness and self-care products. <br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team</li><li>Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/ President and members of the executive management team</li><li>Preparing financial forecasts and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting</li><li>Advising the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term business and financial planning</li><li>Reviewing, streamlining, and refining all formal finance procedures</li><li>Managing capital raises and working closely with the CEO in building e company's reputation with capital markets participants such as industry analysts, investment bankers and stockbrokers</li><li>Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>CPA or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in a Senior leadership position</li><li>Experience with corporate governance</li><li>Experience with leading funding rounds</li><li>Experience leading a <span>financial/accounting</span> team</li><li>Experience or interest in the cannabis industry</li></ul><p><strong><br />Please apply with a copy of your most up-to-date resume.</strong></p><p></p></div></div>
