Behavioral Therapist - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div>Job Description <br /><br /> African Caregivers LLC, an approved New Jersey DDD provider, is seeking a <strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</strong> to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals receiving services with behavioral acuity needs under Embedded Behavior Supports. <br /><br /> This is a <strong>part-time contract role</strong> (approximately 5–10 hours per month). <br /><br /> Responsibilities <br /><br /><ul><li>Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)<br /><br /></li><li>Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports<br /><br /></li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed<br /><br /></li><li>Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation<br /><br /></li><li>Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2)<br /><br /></li></ul>Requirements <br /><br /><ul><li>Active <strong>BCBA Certification</strong> (required)<br /><br /></li><li>Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred<br /><br /></li><li>Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards<br /><br /></li><li>Ability to provide documentation of credentials<br /><br /></li></ul>Compensation <br /><br /><ul><li>Competitive hourly or monthly consulting rate<br /><br /></li><li>Flexible schedule<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>To Apply:</strong><br /> Please send resume and BCBA certification. <br /><br /></div></div>
