<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><div><strong>ServiceNow Service Catalogue Developer</strong></div><div><br /></div><div>RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><div>The Contractor’s resource(s) must enable efficient, user-friendly, and self-service capabilities within the</div><div>ServiceNow platform including:</div><div>• Delivering a centralized service catalogue.</div><div>• Automating request fulfilment to reduce manual effort and errors.</div><div>• Improve the end-user experience by making services accessible, intuitive, and fast.</div><div>• Support organizational goals of digital transformation and process standardization.</div><div>Tasks:</div><div>a. Catalogue Item Development</div><div>• Designing and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services)</div><div>• Configure forms, variable and UI policies</div><div>b. Workflow and Automation</div><div>• Creating workflows and flows for request fulfilment</div><div>• Setting up approvals, notifications, and task assignments</div><div>c. Integration</div><div>• Connecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory, etc)</div><div>d. Administration</div><div>• Managing catalogue categories, roles, and permissions</div><div>• Maintaining catalogue structure and visibility rules</div><div>e. Maintenance and Support</div><div>• Troubleshooting catalogue issues</div><div>• Updating items as business needs evolve</div><div>DELIVERABLES</div><div><br /></div><div>• Fully configured catalogue items with forms, variable, and dynamic scripts; automated workflows or</div><div>Flow Designer flows that handle approvals, notifications, and fulfilment tasks; integrations with</div><div>external systems and supporting documentation.</div><div>• Must be available for regular and ad hoc meetings with the end users</div><div></div></div></div>
