<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><div><br /></div><div><strong>Financial Analyst 4</strong></div><div>   </div><div><strong>Job Details</strong></div><ul><li>Financial Analyst 4 (Contract)</li><li>Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid)</li><li>Duration: 10/13/2025 to 10/09/2026</li><li>Team: DME FPA Document Cloud</li></ul><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><ul><li>We are seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to provide critical financial, strategic, and operational support for Adobe’s Document Cloud FP&amp;A team supporting B2B customer segments. </li><li>In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and sales teams to develop and implement long-term strategies for the business. </li><li>You will drive analytics, generate insights, and provide data-backed recommendations to influence decision making to accelerate business growth across a diverse set of routes-to-market.</li></ul><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategies that drive long-term business growth and translate them into short-term execution plans. Own long-range financial planning and modelling to drive decision making on emerging offerings, new growth initiatives, pricing, and financial targets.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the customers, markets, products and competitors to evaluate the market opportunity and identify areas to grow and compete.</li><li>Understand our "Go-To-Market" playbook across routes to market and collaborate across the product and sales ecosystem to align business strategies with financial objectives.</li><li>Lead ongoing analytics efforts to generate actionable insights and data-backed recommendations. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.</li><li>Drive in-quarter and quarter-end reporting, explaining the "Why" behind financial performance, to support reviews with business and finance leadership.</li></ul><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>MBA or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience being acceptable.</li><li>4- 6 years of relevant finance experience. Deep financial modeling experience with a track record of crafting dynamic forecasts, analyzing complex data, and identifying trends. Experience in subscription/SaaS business is a plus. Management consulting or investment banking is a plus.</li><li>A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau is preferred. Focus on building scalable analytics &amp; reporting.</li><li>Self-starter who can handle sophisticated tasks with minimal direction and develop new strategies and ways of approaching business challenges.</li><li>Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a heavily matrixed environment that changes as the business evolves</li><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills with the ability to influence/drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improvement in processes that evolve with business growth and technological advancements.</li></ul><div><strong>Compensation:</strong></div><ul><li>$48.92 to $65.23 per hour.</li></ul><div>   </div><div> #36471547 </div></div></div>
