As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the [market] market.</p><p><strong>What will be your agenda?</strong></p><ul><li>Have +2 years’ experience in Client Services.</li><li>Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering questions, phone calls). No cold calls.</li><li>Are flexible to work rotating 8-hour shifts.</li><li>Working with internal applications</li><li>In case of interest, writing Forex, Stock, and Crypto-related articles</li><li>Your written and spoken English and <span>Mandarin/Vietnamese/French/Turkish</span> is impeccable, and your communication skills are highly polished.</li><li>Have a Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field.</li></ul><p><strong>What are we expecting from you?</strong></p><ul><li>Develop customer systems and partner networks to increase brand recognition and revenue.</li><li>Support Product Development to increase product value and keep up with market trends.</li><li>Assist in developing promotional programs, bonuses, and new ideas to improve customer retention and attract more target customer groups.</li><li>Effectively and efficiently manage each client interaction from first contact to resolution</li><li>Assist clients in monitoring and managing accounts, this may be in person or over the phone;</li><li>Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on the status of routine activities</li><li>Keep current on WeMasterTrade's products, services, programs, policies and procedures</li><li>Manage multiple inbound/outbound client support channels (i.e. phones, email, live chats, in-person)</li><li>Resolve client problems in a professional manner, escalating issues as required</li><li>Highly motivated and results-driven person</li><li>Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on the company's products</li><li>Knowledge of Forex and Stock trading</li><li>Good organizational skills, good time management, and customer service <span>orientation/experience</span></li></ul><p><strong>And why work for us?</strong></p><ul><li>A place for self-realization.
