Join us and grow with a leader in the industry!</p><br /> Job Description <br /><p>Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Financial Analyst to work on site in our Tampa, FL office. The Financial Analyst drives strategic decision-making by analyzing complex financial data, developing detailed forecasts, managing budgeting processes, and guiding investment decisions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop complex models to project future financial performance and analyze business drivers</li><li>Budgeting and Variance Analysis: Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly reviews comparing actual results to forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Strategic Advisory: Advises management on investment decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and financial risks</li><li>Reporting and Data Analysis: Create, present, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership</li><li>Process Improvement: Evaluate and improves internal financial controls and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics</li><li>Minimum of four (4) years in financial planning, analysis, or related finance and accounting fields</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems Oracle and WinTeam</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders</li><li>Business level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments</li><li>Excellent customer service skills; active listening skills</li><li>Ability to lead and encourage teamwork; ability to negotiate and resolve conflict</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA)</li><li>Bilingual; ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, or other languages</li><li>Prior cleaning or janitorial experience</li><li>Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing</li><li>Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&amp;D, retirement plan and disability insurance</li><li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days</li><li>Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law</li></ul><br /> Closing <br /><p>Diversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
