<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Role:</strong> Financial Analyst</p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>$80,000 - $95,000 / year + Bonus</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>San Fernando valley</p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong>This role is eligible for medial, dental, vision, matching 401k, 4 weeks vacation, 12 holidays shutdown between Christmas and New Year</p><p><strong><strong>Position Overview</strong></strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to <strong>develop strong FP&A skills</strong> and gain exposure to cross-functional business operations.</p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Assist with <strong>monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analysis</strong></li><li>Prepare and maintain <strong>financial reports and dashboards</strong> for internal stakeholders</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Support <strong>month-end close</strong> by partnering with accounting on reporting and reconciliations</li><li>Build and update <strong>financial models</strong> to support planning and decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with business units to track performance against budgets</li><li>Assist in preparation of <strong>management and executive reporting packages</strong></li></ul><p><strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li><li>1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related role</li><li>Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Internship or experience in <strong>FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>financial systems or planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)</strong></li></ul><p><strong><strong>Why This Role</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Strong <strong>learning and development opportunity</strong> within FP&A</li><li>Exposure to <strong>financial planning, reporting, and business strategy</strong></li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li><li>Clear path for <strong>career growth into Senior Financial Analyst roles</strong></li></ul> Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
