Our team is driven, professional, and passionate about helping homeowners improve their homes while building long-term trust in our brand.<br /><br /><strong>About the Role<br /></strong><br /><br />Were looking for a hands-on <strong>PPC Manager</strong> with a strong foundation in Google Ads, and working experience in Meta and LinkedIn, to support and optimize paid campaigns across multiple markets. This is an execution-focused role with room to grow into strategy. Youll be responsible for managing campaigns, improving performance, and supporting a structured, scalable paid media system. Youll also be part of a team actively evolving toward AI-driven marketing (GAIO), and were looking for someone who is eager to grow in this direction - using automation and data signals to better understand and capture user intent.<br /><strong><br />Key Responsibilities<br /></strong><br /><br /><strong>Campaign Execution (Core Focus)<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, and LinkedIn</li><li>Execute day-to-day optimizations (bids, keywords, negatives, audiences)</li><li>Launch new campaigns and implement updates accurately and on time</li><li>Support Google Guaranteed / LSA campaigns where applicable</li></ul><strong><br />Budget & Performance Management<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Monitor CPL, lead volume, and budget pacing across multiple campaigns</li><li>Identify underperforming areas and take action to improve efficiency</li><li>Ensure campaigns stay stable and aligned with performance targets<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>Testing & Optimization<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, and audiences</li><li>Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and campaign structure</li><li>Support landing page and funnel improvements based on performance data<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>Data & Reporting<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Track and interpret campaign performance in collaboration with the Marketing Analyst</li><li>Identify trends, anomalies, and performance shifts across locations</li><li>Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive optimization decisions<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>AI & Automation (GAIO Direction)<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Use platform automation effectively (Performance Max, Advantage+, etc.)</li><li>Apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency (ad copy, analysis, testing ideas)</li><li>Support the shift toward intent-based targeting using data signals and automation<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Campaigns are stable, efficient, and consistently optimized</li><li>CPLs stay controlled and predictable</li><li>Issues are caught early, not after performance drops</li><li>Testing is structured, documented, and actually used to improve results</li><li>Leadership trusts that execution is handled without micromanagement<br /><br /></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on PPC experience</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, with experience in Meta and LinkedIn paid advertising</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple campaigns without losing attention to detail</li><li>A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to move fast and stay organized</li><li>Confidence flagging issues and making data-backed recommendations</li><li>Experience supporting multi-location or franchise advertising is a plus</li></ul><strong><br />Why Youll Love Working With Us:<br /></strong><br /><br /><ul><li>Competitive compensation package, including health, dental and vision benefits</li><li>Flexible hybrid schedule (12 days/week in-office)</li><li>Room to grow as paid media scales</li><li>Leadership that values clean execution and smart testing</li><li>Opportunity to learn, grow, and advance your career</li><li>Be part of a reputable and fast-growing home improvement brand</li></ul><strong><br />Ready to Grow With Us?<br /></strong><br /><br />Ready to put your PPC skills to work where they actually matter?
