We need someone who tells us what's coming next.</p><p>We're hiring a Financial Analyst who can turn complex data into a clear story — and get senior leaders to act on it. You'll sit close to the Director of Finance, work across Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and shape decisions that move the bottom line.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Where You Fit In</strong></b><br />This role reports to the Director of Finance and puts you in the room with senior leadership regularly. You'll own monthly forecasting, lead annual budgeting, and build the models and scenario analyses behind pricing and operational strategy.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>A Typical Week Might Include</strong></b></p><ul><li>Digging into pricing, volume, margin, and operations data to surface profitability opportunities for business leaders</li><li>Pulling together the monthly forecast — inputs, risks, opportunities — and presenting it in language executives act on</li><li>Building financial models and scenario analyses that shape pricing and operational calls</li><li>Driving the annual budget cycle, from setting assumptions to getting cross-functional buy-in</li><li>Keeping dashboards and trend reports current, and prepping decks for leadership reviews</li><li>Working with IT and data owners to keep the numbers clean, and pushing for better planning tools along the way</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>What Gets You Noticed</strong></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering</li><li>Sharp in Excel, comfortable in PowerPoint</li><li>A track record building forecasts, scenario models, and dashboards people actually use</li><li>Confidence presenting to senior leaders and building trust across teams</li><li>Bonus points: Oracle, Hyperion, or SQL experience</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>The Upside</strong></b><br />Close partnership with the Director of Finance, a front-row seat with senior leadership, and real influence over how the business makes decisions.
