<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Catalyx is seeking an Analyst who functions by planning and Performing operational activities and acquisitions linked to the lab workspace. They work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and collaborates with internal and external partners - such as Safety, Business Operations, Facility Management, Finance, IT - thus ensuring flawless execution of all projects and processes connected to the lab workspace.<br /></p><p>· Overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities involving provisioning, instrumentation, facility maintenance and upkeep to optimize laboratory operations.<br /></p><p>· Managing laboratory projects end to end, from idea through onboarding and installation of new instruments.<br /></p><p>· Coordinating laboratory moves for facility projects.<br /></p><p>· Ensuring routine and unscheduled equipment maintenance is performed within acceptable timeframes, effectively collaborating with external <span>partners/organizations.</span><br /></p><p>· Collaborating with IT to manage and maintain computer and automation systems, including systems upgrades and issue resolution.<br /></p><p>· Working closely with scientific staff and leaders to ensure a steady and ongoing relationship with intent for efficient operation, improved automation, and workflow process improvements.<br /></p><p>· Collaborating effectively with project members following procedures, priorities and timelines.<br /></p><p>· Maintaining general laboratory safety standards.<br /></p><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><br /> Requirements <ul><li>A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Scientific field, Engineering, Information Systems/Computer Science or Business is required.<br /></li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b><br /></p><p>· Project management and change management experience is highly preferred.<br /></p><p>· Working knowledge of laboratory or highly controlled facilities operations, information systems, instrumentation, automation, safety, and compliance are highly preferred.<br /></p><p>· Prior laboratory experience on the bench or <span>laboratory/operational</span> management experience for science background candidates is preferred.<br /></p><p>· Prior facility or laboratory renovation project management is a plus.<br /></p><p>· Prior experience and understanding of laboratory automation is a plus.<br /></p><div><br /></div><br /></div></div>
