BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services. <br /><br /> BTI is currently in search of a ServiceNow Developer to provide the following services in San Diego, CA: <br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /> Serve as technical and architectural leads, aligning platform capabilities with SWRMC's functional <br /> requirements. <br /><br /> Perform hands-on development, scripting, and configuration on the platform leveraging Flow Designer, REST/SOAP Web Services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, and Mid-Servers. <br /><br /> Translate business needs into technical designs, architectural documentation, and agile user stories. <br /><br /> Configure core ITSM modules and build custom application workflows on the App Engine. <br /><br /> Map, migrate, validate, and convert legacy data tables and logic from SWRMC's legacy web portal (Oracle APEX) to the new platform's unified schema. <br /><br /> Government Progress Reporting: Conduct regular progress checks in accordance with the project's Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) and report development, integration, and migration progress directly to government leads. <br /><br /> Advise SWRMC stakeholders on leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations versus customizations to protect platform upgradeability. <br /><br /> Guide and train SWRMC’s future system administrators throughout the lifecycle of the engagement, <br /> delivering structured hands-on knowledge transfer and workshops to eliminate the internal staff knowledge deficit. <br /><br /> Architect and integrate advanced platform capabilities, including AI offerings, search configurations, and automated processing tools. <br /><br /> Lead agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives. <br /> <br /> Provide process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis for field service, facilities, and support <br /> workflows during stakeholder workshops. <br /><br /> Ensure all code, configurations, and deliverables adhere to platform development best practices, conducting peer reviews to maintain high quality. <br /><br /><strong>Key Qualifications & Experience:</strong><br /> Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on configuring, developing, and implementing solutions on the enterprise platform. <br /><br /> Extensive scripting, web development, and API integration experience (including XML, HTML, <br /> JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, SAML). <br /><br /> Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and provide thought leadership to stakeholders in solving <br /> complex business process or technical problems. <br /><br /> Experience creating complex technical architectures comprising multiple integrated enterprise components. <br /><br /> Strong understanding of federal data compliance and security standards, including PII and PHI protection. <br /><br /> Knowledge of Field Service processes (e.g., work order management, auto-assignment, territory <br /> management, asset management, preventative maintenance). <br /><br /> Active or eligible for a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance, physical base access eligibility for Naval <br /> Base San Diego, and an approved SAAR-N on file. <br /><br /> Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work cohesively in a military <br /> environment. <br /> <p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>4fXOcK1rPM</p></div></div>
