You'll design and build the features at the heart of the Intelligent Family Office Suite™, owning meaningful product areas end-to-end. Working closely with product and implementation teams, you'll ship production software that directly shapes how clients manage their accounting and investment operations.</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will</strong></p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, build, and ship features across the platform, from backend services to polished user-facing experiences</li>\n <li>Own significant product areas end-to-end, scoping, implementation, testing, and delivery</li>\n <li>Build and maintain integrations with banking and third-party systems</li>\n <li>Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate actively in code review</li>\n <li>Collaborate with product and implementation teams to turn family office workflows into reliable software</li>\n <li>Contribute to architecture decisions and help continuously improve engineering practices</li>\n <li>Help uphold high standards for security, performance, and data integrity across the platform</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software</li>\n <li>Strong full-stack skills, with proficiency in Python, modern API design, React, and TypeScript</li>\n <li>Experience building scalable, cloud-native SaaS products, ideally on AWS</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of databases, distributed systems, testing, and secure coding practices</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, own features end-to-end, and collaborate across functions</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Experience in fintech, accounting software, or family office/wealth management is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>Asseta offers competitive compensation along with a benefits package that includes:</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Base salary </strong>of $150,000–$225,000</li>\n <li>Equity plan eligibility</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n <li>Unlimited paid time off</li>\n <li>Conference sponsorships and training opportunities</li>\n <li>Frequent company off-sites and team-building events</li>\n <li>On-site at our New York City headquarters</li>\n</ul></div>
