As a customer-oriented expert, you will market Life/Health insurance products (including Medicare supplement plans) to support customers and their families. You’ll also help clients navigate long-term care needs and expand their coverage options with confidence.<br /><br />This role is ideal for someone who either understands Medicare supplements or can quickly grasp and follow a proven process with training. We’re looking for someone sophisticated, confident, and capable of moving production forward while delivering a trusted experience to every client.<br /><br />As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to grow our successful agency with your skillset.<br /><br /><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br /><ul><li>Offer life, health, and Medicare supplement insurance policies to new and existing customers</li><li>Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify solutions across life, health, Medicare supplements, and long-term care</li><li>Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and exclusions in a clear and confident manner</li><li>Assist customers with claims, policy changes, and ongoing service needs</li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines</li></ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>:<br /><ul><li>Life/Health insurance license, Series 6/63/65 is a plus</li><li>Ability to understand and explain complex insurance and Medicare products</li><li>Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven sales experience, ideally within insurance or financial services</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities</li><li>Ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and maintain long-term relationships</li></ul><br /></div></div>
