Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain &amp; Logistics, you'll play a critical role in coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing retailer logistics compliance, resolving disputes, and supporting seamless order fulfillment from start to finish. </div><div> This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating across departments, improving processes, and making a measurable impact on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. <br /><br /></div><div> What You'll Do </div><div> Transportation &amp; Logistics Coordination </div><div> You'll ensure products move efficiently through our supply chain by: </div><ul><li>Coordinating domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Managing transportation schedules while ensuring compliance with carrier and customs requirements.</li><li>Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, including packing slips, commercial invoices, shipping labels, customs documentation, and Chamber of Commerce certifications.</li><li>Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving delays, customs issues, freight claims, and delivery discrepancies.</li></ul><div> Order Management, EDI &amp; Inventory Support </div><div> You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate order flow and supporting inventory visibility by: </div><ul><li>Managing customer purchase orders, shipping requests, and related documentation.</li><li>Processing EDI transactions, including purchase order acknowledgements, invoices, Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), and customer-specific labeling requirements.</li><li>Maintaining accurate order status within NetSuite, customer portals, and internal tracking systems.</li><li>Coordinating shipments for samples, trade shows, donations, and promotional materials.</li><li>Managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), shipping adjustments, product destruction requests, and related documentation.</li><li>Supporting inventory accuracy through reconciliations, cycle counts, reporting, and logistics KPI tracking.</li></ul><div> Retailer Disputes &amp; Chargeback Resolution (Primary Owner) </div><div> As the subject matter expert for retailer logistics disputes, you will: </div><ul><li>Own the end-to-end management of retailer chargebacks, shortages, late delivery claims, and compliance disputes.</li><li>Investigate issues by reviewing Proofs of Delivery (PODs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), ASNs, warehouse reports, shipping records, and communication history.</li><li>Prepare compelling dispute packages with supporting documentation to maximize successful recoveries.</li><li>Maintain detailed dispute tracking and provide monthly reporting, trend analysis, root cause identification, and preventative recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to reduce recurring issues and improve retailer performance.</li></ul><div> Quality, Compliance &amp;
