They help customers with status of orders, updates as well as their questions and complaints.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></b></p><ul><li>Answer client calls, identify their needs and respond in a professional, efficient and courteous manner</li><li>Serve as first point of contact for orders</li><li>Enter and process orders</li><li>Respond to client e-mails and transfer to the appropriate department for resolution.</li><li>Provide assistance and problem resolution to clients in areas of order status and product availability.</li><li>Accomplish any other task related to customer service</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service</li><li>Competence in MS Office Suite</li><li>A team player that works effectively under stress Is autonomous, self-starter and can time-management</li><li>Flexibility and Adaptability Listening skills are a must for this position – understanding the customer’s needs</li><li>Bilingual: Excellent communication skills in French and English</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Assets</strong></b></p><p>· Knowledge of JD Edwards system</p></div></div>
