You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while helping to ensure our people processes remain efficient, compliant, and scalable.<br /><br />If you are passionate about people, process improvement, and making a meaningful impact within a growing organization, we'd love to connect with you.<br /><br />Position Summary<br />The HR Specialist supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR administration, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, and HR reporting. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR operations are executed accurately and efficiently.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Employee Lifecycle Management<br /><br />Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.<br /><br />Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.<br /><br />Manage employee status changes, personnel documentation, and offboarding processes.<br /><br />Conduct exit interviews and support employee transition activities.<br /><br />HR Operations & Compliance<br /><br />Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.<br /><br />Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee files in accordance with company standards.<br /><br />Support payroll administration by validating employee data, timekeeping records, and personnel changes.<br /><br />Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and compliance documentation.<br /><br />Employee Relations & Engagement<br /><br />Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.<br /><br />Support employee relations matters and investigations in partnership with HR leadership.<br /><br />Foster a positive, inclusive, and employee‑focused workplace culture.<br /><br />Assist with employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.<br /><br />Benefits & Compensation Administration<br /><br />Support benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, and ongoing benefits administration.<br /><br />Coordinate with benefits providers and external vendors as needed.<br /><br />Maintain benefits‑related records and documentation.<br /><br />Assist with compensation benchmarking, market research, and related HR projects.<br /><br />Talent Acquisition & Performance Support<br /><br />Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate scheduling, and initial candidate screening.<br /><br />Support performance review cycles and employee development programs.<br /><br />Assist with training initiatives, learning programs, and workforce development efforts.<br /><br />HR Reporting & Process Improvement<br /><br />Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, and compliance data.<br /><br />Ensure accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and personnel systems.<br /><br />Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br /><br />2–4 years of Human Resources experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist capacity.<br /><br />Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.<br /><br />Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, UKG, Paycom, Workday, or similar systems.<br /><br />Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.<br /><br />Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<br /><br />Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br /><br />Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br /><br />Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.<br /><br />Why Join Us?<br /><br />Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.<br /><br />Collaborative, team‑oriented culture built on integrity and continuous improvement.<br /><br />Exposure to a broad range of HR functions and career growth opportunities.<br /><br />Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
