<p>The Senior Accounting Analyst plays a core role within the Fund Finance function, partnering closely with internal investment teams and external fund administrators to oversee capital activity, deal funding, and portfolio data integrity. This role supports financial reporting, valuations, audits, and cash planning in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.<br /><br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />Partner with the Fund Finance team and external fund administrators to process capital calls, distributions, wire transfers, and investor updates<br /><br />Review and oversee work prepared by fund administrators, including quarterly financial statements and reporting packages<br /><br />Support deal funding operations in collaboration with Investment and Investment Operations teams<br /><br />Assist in reviewing quarterly private company investment valuations<br /><br />Contribute to annual financial statement audits and coordinate with the Tax team on filings<br /><br />Support accounts payable, including invoice review and payment allocation<br /><br />Maintain portfolio data, dashboards, and reporting materials, including portfolio decks and ad hoc analyses<br /><br />Manage cash reserves and capital planning for investments and fund expenses<br /><br />Ideal Candidate Background<br /><br />4+ years of experience in public accounting or an industry accounting role, preferably within venture capital, private equity, or alternative asset management<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or finance<br /><br />Certified Public Accountant designation is a plus<br /><br />Strong experience reviewing financial statements and working with external service providers<br /><br />Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint<br /><br />Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment<br /><br />Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
