<p>Cake Designer<br /><br />Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM<br /><br />Location: Sacramento, CA<br /><br />Pay: $21/hour (negotiable based on experience)<br /><br />Duties<br /><br />Design and decorate cakes to meet company standards and customer expectations<br /><br />Oversee and supervise the cake production line and support staff<br /><br />Maintain quality and consistency in all cake designs<br /><br />Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards in the cake department<br /><br />Collaborate with bakery management to develop new designs and seasonal offerings<br /><br />Provide training and guidance to cake decorating team<br /><br />Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Strong artistic skills and attention to detail<br /><br />Leadership or supervisory experience preferred<br /><br />Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
