<p>Graphic Designer (Contract/Freelance) – Hybrid<br />We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. If you have a strong eye for design, a solid portfolio, and thrive in a flexible hybrid work environment, we’d love to hear from you.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials.<br /><br />Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, on‑brand designs.<br /><br />Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.<br /><br />Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.<br /><br />Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.<br /><br />Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.<br /><br />A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.<br /><br />Excellent communication and time management skills.<br /><br />Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.<br /><br />Experience with both digital and print design preferred.<br /><br />Details<br /><br />Location: Hybrid – combination of remote and on‑site work.<br /><br />Type: Contract/Freelance engagement.<br /><br />Level: Mid‑level (3–5 years experience).<br /><br />How to Apply<br /><br />Complete a working interview by designing an original logo for a cannabis brand called “916”.<br /><br />This exercise gives us a look into your creative style and helps us gauge your understanding of the cannabis industry – its culture, audience, and visual language. There are no strict rules: we want to see how you think and what you bring to the table as a designer.<br /><br />Submission Requirements<br /><br />A logo concept for “916” rooted in cannabis culture.<br /><br />At least one primary logo variation and one alternate/secondary version.<br /><br />A brief explanation (a few sentences) of your design choices and inspiration.<br /><br />File formats: PDF and PNG (transparent background preferred).<br /><br />Top submission wins the contract – and a full‑time role. The strongest design will be selected for the contract position. Additionally, the winner will be offered a full‑time designer role with our team.
