<p>Customer Service Representative<br /><br />Western Pest Services is a premier provider of pest control solutions. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.<br />Responsibilities:<br />Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients<br />Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments<br />Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts<br />Manage administrative requests and tasks<br />Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner<br />Deliver accurate service and sales information<br />Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications<br />Respond to leads and referrals<br />Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines<br />Assist in scheduling of service routes<br />Produce accurate and timely reports<br />Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory<br />Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed<br />Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy<br />What We're Looking For:<br />High school degree or equivalent<br />Must be 18 years of age<br />Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor<br />Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task<br />Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency<br />Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices<br />Excellent written and verbal communication<br />Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment<br />Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers<br />Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour<br />Western Pest Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</p>
