This role is critical to maintaining asset visibility, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across Army systems and supply chain environments.<br /><br />The ideal candidate brings deep experience in property accountability, GCSS-Army operations, and warehouse logistics, with the ability to operate in both structured and dynamic environments supporting mission-critical operations.<br /><br />Tech(x) fosters a collaborative, forward-thinking culture with flexible work options and a strong commitment to innovation across technology, logistics, and national security programs.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Property &amp; Supply Management<br /><br />Execute property accountability in accordance with AR 710-2 and AR 735-5<br /><br />Maintain and manage property records within GCSS-Army (GCSS-A)<br /><br />Perform inventory control, cataloging, and asset tracking for assigned equipment<br /><br />Process turn-in of recoverable items and manage lifecycle accountability<br /><br />Logistics &amp; Warehouse Operations<br /><br />Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations<br /><br />Receive, inspect, and document materials, components, and assemblies<br /><br />Track long-lead items and adjust priorities to meet mission requirements<br /><br />Coordinate with item managers to expedite critical supply needs<br /><br />Systems &amp; Reporting<br /><br />Utilize GCSS-Army for shelf-life management, inventory, and reporting<br /><br />Prepare and submit PQDRs (Product Quality Deficiency Reports) and SDRs (Supply Discrepancy Reports)<br /><br />Serve as warranty coordinator for defective or non-conforming items<br /><br />Leverage Microsoft Office and logistics systems for reporting and compliance tracking<br /><br />Customer &amp; Operational Support<br /><br />Provide a high performance level of customer service to the government customer.<br /><br />Troubleshoot system issues and support GCSS-A functionality<br /><br />Ensure compliance with Army supply policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks<br /><br />Support production control and administrative logistics functions as required<br /><br />Performs other duties as assigned.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />7 –10 years of experience in property management, asset visibility, or supply chain logistics<br /><br />Proven experience in DoD property accountability on federal contracts<br /><br />Hands‑on experience with GCSS-Army (GCSS-A)<br /><br />Experience in: barcoding equipment, verifying DD250 for correct info, Lockout/tag trained and certified, preparing and recording incoming and outgoing shipping documents.<br /><br />Strong knowledge of:<br /><br />Army supply regulations and logistics processes<br /><br />Inventory and warehouse management principles<br /><br />Proficiency with:<br /><br />Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint)<br /><br />Valid driver's license<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />2 years of experience as a 92A or 92Y.<br /><br />Knowledge of Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW)<br /><br />Knowledge of Logistics Integrated Data Base (LIDB)<br /><br />Knowledge of Integrated Logistic Analyst Program (ILAP)<br /><br />Knowledge of Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)<br /><br />Knowledge of Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) and FEDLOG<br /><br />Knowledge of ASEIP (Army Enterprise Portal) and DST (Decision Support Tool)<br /><br />Knowledge of SSN-LIN Automated Management &amp; Integrating Systems (SLAMIS)<br /><br />Experience in warehouse and supply operations.<br /><br />Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or other relatable degrees<br /><br />Education &amp; Experience<br /><br />7-10 years of Property Management experience; related experience (management, asset visibility, and property management.<br /><br />Location<br /><br />Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.On-site.<br /><br />Travel<br />Travel may be required.<br /><br />Physical Requirements<br /><br />Able to lift up to 50 lbs.<br /><br />Able to bend, stretch, and twist<br /><br />Able to stand or sit for long periods of time<br /><br />Join the Team<br />Tech(x) is a customer centric team, both external and internal customers.
