BUSINESS DATA ANALYST III

<p>Key Responsibilities Provide matrixed analytical support across multiple programs within an enterprise portfolioConduct business case analyses, including cost/benefit and impact assessmentsSupport project planning and execution tracking, including schedule, performance, and risk analysisLead or support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to improve operational efficiencyAnalyze IT performance metrics and develop dashboards, reports, and insights for leadershipDevelop and deliver briefings, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, including government leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across program, project, and portfolio objectivesMaintain and enhance data integrity across reporting systems and toolsRequired Qualifications Experience:Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or program/portfolio supportExperience supporting federal or DoD programs preferredTechnical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insightsPortfolio / Enterprise Tools (Experience with one or more preferred):ServiceNow (SPM, ITSM, Workspaces)Task Management Tool (TMT)PEO Task TrackerSharePoint-based collaboration and reporting environmentsCore Competencies:Business case development and analytical reasoningBusiness Process Reengineering (BPR)Stakeholder engagement and communicationAbility to present and defend findings and recommendationsCertification (Required) Must hold at least one relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
