<p>Overview creative team of designers and writers.<br />You will Create visual assets for a wide range of design projects, using creativity, ingenuity, passion and restraint to bring beautiful and impactful design to life across various mediums (print, packaging, digital)<br />Collaborate with fellow designers, writers, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, high quality assets (be it a new menu for our cafe, an online asset, or packaging for new products and coffees)<br />Take on projects of all sizes, including small, day-to-day design updates to support our cafes<br />Create work in a fast-paced setting that ranges from content updates in already-established designs, to supporting the Senior Designer and Art Director in creating work from concept to final touches<br />Execute sustainable, on-budget designs<br />You are Excited to work with typography<br />Deeply empathetic, always taking the viewpoint of our guests and how to delight them while honoring brand standards<br />A professional: you are serious about your work without taking yourself too seriously<br />A passionate advocate for simplicity, restraint, and elegance as a design aesthetic<br />Invigorated by feedback: you seek it out, receive it gracefully and incorporate it into your process to create ever-more beautiful design work<br />Inspired by collaboration, you work best in a participatory team environment<br />Delightful to work with, always bringing a sense of humor and infectious ‘can-do\' attitude<br />Comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable pivoting on direction and priorities for projects<br />Comfortable managing multiple projects of varying levels of complexity and scope at once<br />You have 2+ years working as a graphic designer either in-house or agency level<br />Bachelor's and / or graduate degree in a design discipline (i.e., graphic, UI / UX) or related field<br />Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and other design software<br />An expert eye for color and typography<br />Last but not least, a deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional guest experiences<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
