<h5>Property Specialist </h5><p>Tech(x) is seeking a Property Specialist to support DoW logistics and property accountability operations. This role is critical to maintaining asset visibility, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across Army systems and supply chain environments. </p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience in property accountability, GCSS-Army operations, and warehouse logistics, with the ability to operate in both structured and dynamic environments supporting mission-critical operations. </p><p>Tech(x) fosters a collaborative, forward-thinking culture with flexible work options and a strong commitment to innovation across technology, logistics, and national security programs. </p><h5>Responsibilities </h5><p>Property & Supply Management </p><ul> <li>Execute property accountability in accordance with AR 710-2 and AR 735-5 </li><li>Maintain and manage property records within GCSS-Army (GCSS-A) </li><li>Perform inventory control, cataloging, and asset tracking for assigned equipment </li><li>Process turn-in of recoverable items and manage lifecycle accountability </li></ul> <p>Logistics & Warehouse Operations </p><ul> <li>Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations </li><li>Receive, inspect, and document materials, components, and assemblies </li><li>Track long-lead items and adjust priorities to meet mission requirements </li><li>Coordinate with item managers to expedite critical supply needs </li></ul> <p>Systems & Reporting </p><ul> <li>Utilize GCSS-Army for shelf-life management, inventory, and reporting </li><li>Prepare and submit PQDRs (Product Quality Deficiency Reports) and SDRs (Supply Discrepancy Reports) </li><li>Serve as warranty coordinator for defective or non-conforming items </li><li>Leverage Microsoft Office and logistics systems for reporting and compliance tracking </li></ul> <p>Customer & Operational Support </p><ul> <li>Provide a high performance level of customer service to the government customer. </li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and support GCSS-A functionality </li><li>Ensure compliance with Army supply policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks </li></ul> <p>Support production control and administrative logistics functions as required </p><p>Performs other duties as assigned. </p><h5>Qualifications </h5><p>2 5 years of experience in property management, asset visibility, or supply chain logistics </p><p>Proven experience in DoD property accountability on federal contracts </p><p>Hands-on experience with GCSS-Army (GCSS-A) </p><p>Strong knowledge of Army supply regulations and logistics processes </p><p>Inventory and warehouse management principles </p><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint) </p><p>Valid driver's license </p><h5>Preferred Qualifications </h5><p>2 years of experience as a 92A or 92Y. </p><p>Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-ARMY) Certificate </p><p>Knowledge of Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) </p><p>Knowledge of Logistics Integrated Data Base (LIDB) </p><p>Knowledge of Integrated Logistic Analyst Program (ILAP) </p><p>Knowledge of Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB) </p><p>Knowledge of Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) and FEDLOG </p><p>Knowledge of ASEIP (Army Enterprise Portal) and DST (Decision Support Tool) </p><p>Knowledge of SSN-LIN Automated Management & Integrating Systems (SLAMIS) </p><p>Experience in warehouse and supply operations. </p><p>Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or other relatable degrees </p><p>DoD secret level clearance. </p><p>2 -5 years of Property Management experience; related experience (management, asset visibility, and property management. </p><p>Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
