It is a fast paced working environment where organizational and multitasking skills are REQUIRED. Strong potential for advancement opportunities. Benefits are offered after 1 year of service as well as annual bonuses and increases based on performance. Annual salary of 50K-100K plus bonuses based on experience.<br /><br />Responsibilities and Duties<br /><br />Daily follow up with existing clients to address concerns with their accounts.<br /><br />Be resourceful in resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.<br /><br />Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business.<br /><br />Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing client's accounts<br /><br />Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily<br /><br />Qualifications and Skills<br /><br />Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience handling new and existing accounts in a fast paced sales environment. Prior insurance experience a plus. Must currently have a Property &amp; Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining the license. Must speak Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese. Will train industry knowledge.<br /><br />Self-motivated and quick thinking<br /><br />MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills<br /><br />MUST possess excellent computer knowledge &amp; usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.<br /><br />MUST pass background check<br /><br />Be willing to obtain or already possess the NY Property &amp; Casualty license<br /><br />Multi-lingual Mandarin<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
