Hopefully you enjoy the frenetic, dynamic, and exciting environment of a fast-growing firm, because we’re looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer II .<br /><br />Position Summary<br />Creates final mechanicals with attention to composition, color, typography and visual impact.<br /><br />Position Responsibilities<br /><br />Designs and executes mechanicals, based on client specification, brand standards, budget constraints and final format needed for file output<br /><br />Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon specs and aesthetic design concepts<br /><br />Presents sample to Creative Director for approval<br /><br />Provides final pre-flight of digital files that are delivered to clients and vendors to ensure the accuracy of the completed project<br /><br />Reviews proofs for highest levels of quality and accuracy<br /><br />Uses a wide range of media, including photography<br /><br />Keeps abreast of developments in marketing and advertising environments<br /><br />Contributes ideas and design artwork to the overall brief<br /><br />Other duties as assigned<br /><br />Requirements<br />Role Qualifications<br /><br />Must be able to effectively execute design solutions against a creative brief to meet constraints of cost, time and client needs<br /><br />Must work well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, proofreaders, other designers, account executives, website designers and marketing specialists<br /><br />Essential Skills and Experience<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Digital Graphic Design, Advertising or Marketing, or 3 to 5 years’ experience in a related field required<br /><br />Proficiency in the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft applications as well as Sketch, and Figma<br /><br />Ability to execute files using Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel<br /><br />Thinks creatively to produce new ideas<br /><br />Ability to think visually and to envision a project from beginning to end<br /><br />Must be able to solve complex problems, make judgments and decisions, and think logically and critically<br /><br />Ability to multitask while meeting tight deadlines<br /><br />Produces accurate and high-quality work<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays<br /><br />Medical/Vision/Dental/Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability<br /><br />Employer paid Life Insurance<br /><br />Flexible Spending Accounts: Health/Dependent Care<br /><br />401(k) matching<br /><br />Cool people to work with!<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
