Our talented team of engineers and industry-leading executives drives this progress, making TetraMem a leader in advanced memory technologies.<br /><br />Are you ready for new challenges and new opportunities?<br /><br />Join our team!<br /><br />Responsibilities<br />Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruiting<br /><br />Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical and non‑technical positions.<br /><br />Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.<br /><br />Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and offer administration.<br /><br />Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation programs.<br /><br />Support internship and university recruiting initiatives.<br /><br />Employee Relations &amp; HR Operations<br /><br />Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.<br /><br />Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations.<br /><br />Support performance management, coaching, and employee development programs.<br /><br />Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.<br /><br />Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.<br /><br />Compliance &amp; Employment Law<br /><br />Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.<br /><br />Assist with employee handbook updates and policy implementation.<br /><br />Support internal audits and compliance reviews.<br /><br />Maintain I‑9, E‑Verify, and employment documentation requirements.<br /><br />Partner with legal counsel on employment‑related matters when needed.<br /><br />Compensation, Benefits &amp; Immigration<br /><br />Support compensation review cycles and salary benchmarking.<br /><br />Administer employee benefit programs and leave management.<br /><br />Coordinate immigration matters including H‑1B, TN, CPT, OPT, and permanent residency processes.<br /><br />Assist with equity administration and employee stock option communications.<br /><br />HR Programs &amp; Special Projects<br /><br />Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.<br /><br />Assist with organizational development and succession planning efforts.<br /><br />Participate in HR system implementations and process improvements.<br /><br />Qualifications<br />Required<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<br /><br />5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.<br /><br />Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance.<br /><br />Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations.<br /><br />Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits administration.<br /><br />Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.<br /><br />Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.<br /><br />Preferred<br /><br />Experience in semiconductor, technology, AI, or startup environments.<br /><br />Experience supporting immigration and global workforce programs.<br /><br />Knowledge of compensation, equity programs, and stock option administration.<br /><br />PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification.<br /><br />Experience with ADP, ATS platforms, and HR analytics tools.<br /><br />Salary Range<br />$80,000 - $100,000 / year<br /><br />TetraMem celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
