Customer Service Representative

<p>The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems! You will be responsible for making customers happy! You will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US Dollars!<br />Our clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and more!<br />Responsibilities<br />Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.<br />Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.<br />Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.<br />Data entry in various platforms.<br />Work United States business hours.<br />Qualifications<br />Sales experience and comfort.<br />Typing at least 50 words per minute.<br />1-5 years of customer service experience.<br />Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.<br />Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.<br />Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.<br />We have a VERY strong demand among our clients for customer service representatives.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
