<p>Job Overview<br />The Legal Operation Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our International legal service orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll handle both digital and physical documents, communicate directly with customers and process servers, and keep every case moving from start to finish. This customer-focused role requires diplomacy, the ability to think on your feet and keep a cool head while juggling many priorities at once. This position is in our Seattle office.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to new or existing orders<br /><br />Process incoming mail, legal documents, and data entry into our system<br /><br />Track and follow up with process servers to ensure timely completion of service<br /><br />Prepare and send proof of service documentation to clients<br /><br />Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, organization, and excellent client service<br /><br />Perform other job-related duties as assigned<br /><br />Who You Are<br /><br />Strong written and verbal communication, maintaining a calm and professional manner under pressure<br /><br />Detail oriented and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy<br /><br />Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PDF Editor and phone systems preferred<br /><br />Quick learner who can navigate new processes and shifting priorities<br /><br />Typing speed: 55+ wpm<br /><br />1-3 years of office, data entry, or customer support experience preferred<br /><br />High school diploma or GED required; College degree is a plus<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />401(k) with company matching<br /><br />Paid time off<br /><br />7 Paid company holidays<br /><br />Life Insurance and AD&amp;D Insurance<br /><br />Long Term Disability<br /><br />Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account<br /><br />EAP (Employee Assistance Program)<br /><br />Pet Insurance<br /><br />Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm PST<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
