<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS </p><p>Analyzes global markets for IT Services, servers, storage, backup, IT security, productivity software, remote monitoring services, hyperconvergence and IoT. </p> <p>Studies SMB and mid-Enterprise segments as well as vertical markets. </p> <p>Works with external analysts and manages research report gathering. </p> <p>Produces market reports and trend analyses. </p> <p>Presents insights from market data to assist the planning teams </p><p>Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested. </p><p>Requirements </p><p>EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS </p><p>College degree preferred. </p><p>4-8 years relevant experience. </p><p>IT hardware, software and services market research, ideally beyond just the US. </p> <p>Data analysis and statistics. </p>
