<p>Job Description<br />A talented, creative, and highly motivated Graphics Designer will support the USCENTCOM J2 Directorate in the development and production of high-visibility intelligence publications. This role transforms complex intelligence into clear, polished, and engaging visual products for senior leaders.<br /><br />Basic Requirements<br /><br />Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance required.<br /><br />Must be a U.S. Citizen<br /><br />Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.<br /><br />Minimum of three (3) years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or publication design.<br /><br />Demonstrated experience designing intelligence or executive-level briefing products similar in style and rigor to DIA, JCS, or National Command Authority publications.<br /><br />Proven ability to design and lay out interactive briefing materials, visual guides, manuals, flat panel displays, seals, boards, and other visual collateral.<br /><br />Experience working in high-tempo environments with strict deadlines and shifting priorities.<br /><br />Ability to collaborate effectively with intelligence analysts, editors, and senior stakeholders to translate analytical data into compelling visual formats.<br /><br />Highly detail-oriented with exceptional visual standards and consistency.<br /><br />Strong communicator capable of presenting design concepts to analysts and senior leaders.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Create, design, and finalize daily intelligence products for senior-level decision-makers, ensuring all materials are visually polished, accurate, and publication-ready.<br /><br />Develop sophisticated layouts and visual frameworks for interactive briefings, reference guides, manuals, programs, digital displays, seals, boards, and specialized event collateral.<br /><br />Translate complex intelligence narratives and data sets into clear, compelling graphics, charts, infographics, and executive summaries.<br /><br />Ensure all products meet intelligence community formatting standards, classification guidelines, and dissemination protocols.<br /><br />Collaborate closely with analysts, editors, and the Executive Publications Directorate to ensure visual alignment with analytic intent and mission priorities.<br /><br />Provide rapid-turn support during high-priority or crisis-driven events, incorporating real-time updates into visual products while maintaining quality and accuracy.<br /><br />Maintain visual consistency, branding, and publication identity across all CENTCOM J2 products.<br /><br />Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, readability, classification markings, and visual coherence.<br /><br />Support the dynamic and evolving mission requirements of USCENTCOM by providing flexible, on-demand creative services for operational needs, events, and senior leader engagements.<br /><br />Work Location<br />On-site support at MacDill AFB (Tampa, FL).<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
