<p>EMEA Payroll Coordinator Department: Operations<br />Employment Type: Permanent<br />Location: Edinburgh, Scotland<br />Reporting To: EMEA Payroll Team Lead<br />Description The EMEA Payroll Coordinator role is at the heart of our ongoing global payroll operations, acting as the interface between our global customers and in-country partners to ensure that their payrolls are consistently delivered accurately and on time while providing a best-in-class customer experience.<br />We have offices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, and have adopted hybrid working in both locations. We're happy to discuss how that might look for you as part of the hiring process.<br />On a typical day, you'll be... Acting as the focal point for a varied portfolio of payroll clients, delivering consistently fantastic customer service<br />Working closely with our network of in-country payroll partners to ensure customer payrolls are delivered on time and accurately<br />Hosting and chairing regular governance calls with customers to track progress, review performance and identify opportunities for improvement<br />Preparing monthly governance reports by country<br />Ensuring that payroll manuals are relevant and updated regularly to reflect current processes<br />Preparing payroll calendars and checklists, ensuring that checking sheets are completed for every payroll processed<br />Answering queries from customers, partners and colleagues, troubleshooting and resolving where possible, or escalating more complex issues through our internal channels<br />Does this sound like you? Experience in a customer service / administration environment<br />Payroll experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided<br />Self-motivated with a passion for great service delivery<br />A genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service<br />An unusually high attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or notice when things “just don’t look right” - and motivated to follow these through to resolution<br />Really good skills with databases, systems and software packages, especially Microsoft Excel<br />An honest and authentic communication style, able to face into both positive and difficult conversations<br />A drive to be a brilliant team player, supporting colleagues across the team to ensure that customer service delivery is consistent across the department, providing help and guidance and ensuring no one is left behind<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
