<p>Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote client. Rate Range: $17.00/hour to $20.00/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.<br />This is a short-term, 1 to 2 month contract and completely remote.<br />Base pay range $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr<br />Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.<br />Assist with password resets and account access issues, ensuring customer identity verification and secure resolution.<br />Provide accurate guidance on policies and procedures, responding clearly and consistently to customer questions.<br />Document every interaction with relevant details—resolutions, next steps, or escalation—as per company standards.<br />Escalate complex or unresolved issues following established protocols.<br />Maintain composure and patience, even during peak times or challenging situations.<br />Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.<br />Qualifications &amp; Skills Proven experience in customer service, preferably in call center or remote support environments.<br />Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.<br />Comfortable with high–call‑volume scenarios, demonstrating strong multitasking and composure.<br />Solid understanding of standard policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and relay them effectively.<br />Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing systems, or support platforms.<br />Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup.<br />Additional information If you are interested in this role, please click APPLY NOW.
