The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting people with services, display a versatile, think-outside-the-box style, and have the drive to follow through on program initiatives.<br /><br />Full Time<br /><br />$30.00 -$32.00 /hr<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />401K<br /><br />FSA &amp; Dependent Care FSA<br /><br />Life Insurance<br /><br />Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity<br /><br />Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection<br /><br />Pet Insurance and Auto/Home Insurance.<br /><br />Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Coordinates with nursing resident room changes and works with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure that rooms are cleaned, repaired and ready for transfers and/or new admissions.<br /><br />Ensures that the admissions process enhances the customer experience, is seamless, and that all necessary customer service, documentation, and regulatory functions are completed in a pleasant, timely, and customer-friendly manner.<br /><br />This position acts as a data entry point into the electronic health record system (CRM or similar)<br /><br />Must adhere to Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy, including documentation and reporting responsibilities.<br /><br />Participates in Quality Improvement activities as assigned.<br /><br />This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.<br /><br />This is a position in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and working during inclement weather may be required.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma.<br /><br />Degree in health care management, medical social work or marketing is desirable.<br /><br />Exposure to and understanding of the health deliver system, medical vocabulary, and background or interest in sales is desirable.<br /><br />Must possess current health certificate/examination required by State Agencies.<br /><br />3-5 years of customer service experience in similar role in a health care setting<br /><br />Understands and applies training from in-service education and has ability to instruct personnel during training education and staff meetings.<br /><br />206 North 2100 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
