Operations Analyst

<p>A leading wealth management firm is seeking a Transition Management Operations Analyst to support the onboarding of private wealth advisor teams. This role will help coordinate account openings, client documentation, transition tracking, and reporting to ensure advisor teams move onto the platform smoothly and efficiently.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Partner with local operations teams to support the onboarding of private wealth advisor teams<br /><br />Open and process new client accounts across custodial and internal platforms<br /><br />Prepare and distribute client forms for account setup and specialty account features<br /><br />Create and send electronic documentation packages through DocuSign<br /><br />Maintain transition trackers, reporting metrics, and status updates for management<br /><br />Support client searches, client outreach coordination, and profiling during the transition process<br /><br />Manage high-volume requests with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree required; finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related coursework preferred<br /><br />0–2 years of experience in back-office operations, wealth management operations, onboarding, or transition management<br /><br />Familiarity with financial systems such as Bloomberg, Omgeo/CTM, CRM tools, online portals, or performance reporting platforms is a plus<br /><br />Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines<br /><br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br /><br />High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion<br /><br />This is a 3 month contract (with the opportunity for rollover) located in Hamilton Township, NJ.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr</p>
