<p><strong>Job title: Customer Service Rep </strong> </p><p><strong>Duration: 6+ months</strong> </p><p><strong>Location:, Oriskany, NY 13424</strong> </p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 hourly on W2</strong> </p> <p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong> </p> <p>As a <strong>Customer Care Advocate (Senior)</strong>, youll respond to customer inquiries by phone, guide customers through key policy topics, and process transactions with accuracy and care. Youll be supported by structured onboarding, training, and coachingthen youll grow into a role that offers real impact, performance-based schedule opportunities, and the chance to build your career in customer care. </p> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong> </p><ul> <li><strong>High school diploma or equivalent</strong> </li><li><strong>13 years of experience</strong> in a customer service role </li><li>Strong ability to <strong>follow instructions and pre-established guidelines</strong> </li><li><strong>Excellent customer service</strong> mindset and professionalism while interacting with customers </li><li>Ability to <strong>process transactions</strong> and handle customer requests accurately </li><li>Competence with digital tools and virtual communication (including using video for: </li><li>interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training) </li></ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work <strong>MondayFriday between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST</strong> with flexible scheduling based on business needs </li><li>Ability to work near a office <strong>for in-person training</strong>, including reporting <strong>in person 1 day per month</strong> (and any additional day when remote work isnt possible due to issues such as system, internet outage, or poor connection) </li></ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have Skills</strong> </p><ul> <li>Experience handling inquiries related to <strong>insurance policies</strong> or enrollment/support topics </li><li>Demonstrated performance in environments that evaluate: </li><li><strong>Attendance</strong> </li><li><strong>Class participation</strong> </li><li><strong>Grasp of material</strong> </li><li><strong>Decision-making confidence</strong> </li><li><strong>Ownership of learning</strong> </li><li><strong>Technical skills</strong> </li><li><strong>Adaptability and flexibility</strong> </li></ul> <p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience</strong> </p><ul> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent (required) </li><li><strong>Preferred experience level:</strong> <strong>13 years</strong> in a customer service role </li></ul> <p><strong>Other Requirements</strong> </p><ul> <li><strong>Training / schedule structure:</strong> </li><li><strong>In Person Training:</strong> 8:30 AM5:00 PM EST, MondayFriday </li><li><strong>Training Dates:</strong> <strong>8/3/26 9/8/26</strong> </li><li><strong>Onboarding:</strong> first 3 days of the process </li><li><strong>Nesting:</strong> <strong>9/9/26 9/22/26</strong> </li><li><strong>No time off planned during training</strong> until the end of nesting </li><li><strong>Work setup (work-from-home capability required):</strong> </li><li><strong>High-speed internet (500650 kbps)</strong> </li><li><strong>Quiet, secure work location</strong> </li><li><strong>Hotspots and WiFi are not allowed</strong> </li><li><strong>Ethernet connection required</strong> </li><li><strong>Equipment:</strong> You will be issued <strong> equipment</strong> (laptop, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, docking station). </li><li><strong>Interview/communication tools:</strong> Must be able to <strong>use video</strong> during interviews and ongoing virtual sessions. </li></ul> <p><em>Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
