<p>Wholesale Customer Service Representative </p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time </p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> $68,000$80,000 </p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support wholesale operations, order management, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, wholesale experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. </p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul> <li>Manage day-to-day wholesale customer service operations </li><li>Process orders, RTVs, damages, credits, and other data entry tasks </li><li>Coordinate order allocation with warehouse and logistics partners </li><li>Process sample requests and support operational needs across teams </li><li>Generate reports and maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems </li><li>Confirm purchase orders through retailer portals and upload UPC information </li><li>Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and delivery timelines </li><li>Follow up on open orders, pick tickets, and return authorizations </li><li>Ensure accurate shipping and order information </li><li>Maintain proactive communication to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Qualifications </p><ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of wholesale customer service and order entry experience </li><li>Experience working with major retail accounts required </li><li>Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems </li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications </p><ul> <li>Experience with ERP or wholesale management systems </li><li>Background in high-SKU manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environments </li><li>Experience managing large order volumes and retailer communications </li></ul> <p>Benefits </p><ul> <li>Health, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>401(k) eligibility </li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment </li> </ul>
