<div><h2>Lead Business Analyst MS Dynamics 365 CRM</h2><p>Job Location: Newton, MA 100% onsite</p><p>Job Type: Long Term</p><p>Job Description: Develop business requirements to be used as the basis for software and processes utilized by client internal users as well external customers. Through a variety of means, the Business Analyst will gather and document these requirements and serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Must be able to work independently on high profile, complex projects providing leadership and driving collaboration across disciplines in all solution development related activities. This role is critical in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions to meet stakeholder needs. Strong Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.</p><p>Communication</p><ul><li>Facilitate cross-functional project team meetings effectively and efficiently</li><li>Work with Project/Program Manager to ensure all Project Communications, document reviews and signoffs are properly executed</li><li>Ensure that feedback from key business owners is fully acknowledged and incorporated into requirements, process flow diagrams and use cases to give business leaders the confidence that they are being heard and that their needs will be met</li><li>Ensure that all materials created for communicating and facilitating discussion of intended approach are carefully tailored to the intended audience to ensure that business owners are able to give complete and accurate feedback</li><li>Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion</li><li>Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully</li><li>Consistently acknowledge and appreciate each team member's contributions</li><li>Effectively manage vendor relationships and ensure comprehensive communication between internal and vendor resources.</li></ul><p>What We Are Looking For:</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, or a related field</li><li>4 years of experience would be considered in lieu of a degree</li><li>5+ years of related work experience required</li><li>Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook required</li><li>Ability to learn new systems quickly required</li><li>Experience or familiarity with childcare is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills are essential.</li></ul></div>
