<div><h2>Patient Care Coordinator: Floater</h2><p>The Patient Care Coordinator: Floater is integral to our patient experience at Northwest Physical Therapy. In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Full Time Position.</li><li>Travel to our 4 offices to fill in for scheduled and unscheduled days off.</li><li>Greets patients and general public upon entering the facility.</li><li>Communicate with other medical professionals and patients to coordinate patient therapy treatments.</li><li>Prepares and maintains patient billing and medical records.</li><li>Manages patient insurance benefits, authorizations, and payment information.</li><li>Communicates insurance coverage, coverage limits, deductibles, and co-pay information to patients once benefit information is obtained.</li><li>Performs general filing, mailing, and communication tasks.</li><li>Performs general cleaning and upkeep of office, clinic and reception areas.</li><li>Manages the patient experience through their effective communication, gathering accurate insurance information, and navigating the patient's therapy visit schedule, to provide the optimal healing environment.</li></ul></div>
