As a Preconstruction Developer, you will be supporting one of the most challenging and fastest growing career fields, Trane Technologies Energy Services. This role includes working with internal teams and customers to identify and develop turnkey design-build contracting projects, including scope of work development, cost estimating, and proposal support as part of an industry leading Energy Services Company (ESCO). A career with an ESCO demands not only a knowledge of building systems and all aspects of its construction, but also requires strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills coupled with the will, determination, work ethic and a desire to succeed.<br />The Preconstruction Developer is responsible for Acquisition Support of both Design-Build Turnkey and Energy Services Contracting project work. This position requires mastery of acquisition, technical aptitude, and project management skills.<br />ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, evaluates, and discusses possible turnkey HVAC solutions with Account Manager, Project Manager, Sub-contractor, Supplier, and/or customer.<br />Collects project data needed to assemble turnkey project scope and estimate.<br />Utilizes plans, specifications, and knowledge of construction industry to analyze project needs and compiles detailed cost estimates.<br />Supports Account Managers in developing and establishing project installation budgets and preparing the sub-contractor request for quotation’s (RFQ) including: scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; permitting and bonding requirements.<br />Responsible for creating cost estimates consisting of materials, sub-contractors, purchased equipment, labor (start-up, service work, etc.), and other construction-related activities to assist Account Managers in bidding on or determining price of project.<br />Responsible for the take-off and pricing of purchased equipment to ensure accuracy of quantity, size, configuration, voltage, options, etc.<br />Able to communicate, schedule, analyze information, and take responsibility for estimating duties.<br />Review bid documents for potential conflicts and constructability issues.<br />Communicate with customer, subcontractors, engineers, and designers on changes or adjustments for estimates and ensure all project needs are met.<br />Provide key technical support in pursuit of Trane business, including participation on strategic job acquisition teams.<br />Responsible for developing and maintaining subcontractor relations, along with evaluating and categorizing subcontractors.<br />Assist and support all efforts of acquisition and customer satisfaction.<br />Some travel required; other duties as assigned.<br />QUALIFICATIONS Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management<br />Project Management and/or HVACR related work experience required.<br />Working knowledge of all facets of construction including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and knowledge with the operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems and temperature controls.<br />Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required, including some travel with occasional overnight stays.<br />Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit &amp; Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.<br /><br />年度基本薪资范围或小时基本工资范围 $75,700.00 - $135,834.99<br />薪酬类型 薪资<br />符合激励资格 Yes<br />符合销售佣金资格 No<br />免责声明 我们致力于为该职位提供具有竞争性薪酬，并根据多种因素进行定制。实际薪酬将取决于资历、绩效、地理位置、学历、经验、出差要求以及工会归属等因素。我们的薪酬范围通常以该国家的全国平均水平为基础。此外，福利待遇可能会因地区、业务归属、工会参与以及员工身份的不同而有所差异。<br />安全敏感岗位<br />Yes<br />公司将某些岗位指定为安全敏感岗位。安全敏感岗位可能要求您通过额外的药物筛查。此岗位为安全敏感岗位：<br />我们提供具有竞争力的薪酬以及全面的福利和项目。我们是一个机会均等的雇主，所有符合条件的申请者均会被公平考虑录用，无论其种族、肤色、宗教、性别、性取向、性别认同、国籍、孕期、年龄、婚姻状况、残疾、受保护退伍军人身份或任何受法律保护的身份。<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
