Mission WA<br />1411 E Mission Ave<br />PO Box 3727<br />Spokane, WA 99220<br />USA<br /><br />Job Description<br />The Treasury Analyst supports the Company’s cash management, receivables, and treasury operations by ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis of cash-related transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong internal controls, supporting regulatory compliance, and providing timely, reliable information to management to support decision‑making.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Cash Management & Receivables<br /><br />Manage and record miscellaneous cash receipts in Oracle Accounts Receivable.<br /><br />Research, resolve, and correct payments recorded to suspense accounts.<br /><br />Reconcile accounts receivable suspense and other assigned cash-related accounts.<br /><br />Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of standard and miscellaneous cash payments.<br /><br />Provide backup support for daily cash management and reconciliation functions through cross‑training.<br /><br />Corporate Credit Card Program Administration<br /><br />Administer the Company’s corporate credit card program in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.<br /><br />Set up new cardholders, manage account distributions, and maintain user access.<br /><br />Review, monitor, and reconcile card activity.<br /><br />Prepare card reporting and analytics and communicate results to management and cardholders.<br /><br />Conduct training for new participants and provide ongoing education and support to cardholders at all levels of the organization.<br /><br />Treasury Operations & Analysis<br /><br />Support treasury functions including cash forecasting, reconciliations, journals, and reporting as assigned.<br /><br />Prepare quantitative and qualitative schedules, reports, and analyses to support corporate objectives, management decision‑making, and regulatory or other reporting requirements.<br /><br />Assist with monthly journals, reconciliations, and system reporting tools as part of the broader treasury and cash management team.<br /><br />Maintain an understanding of assigned processes and internal controls, escalating issues, unusual activity, or risks to management as appropriate.<br /><br />Compliance & Controls<br /><br />Stay informed of regulatory developments and changing requirements that impact assigned responsibilities.<br /><br />Apply regulatory and compliance requirements to the Company’s circumstances to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of information.<br /><br />Ensure information is prepared accurately and delivered on a timely basis within established deadlines.<br /><br />Maintain the knowledge, skills, and training necessary to serve as backup for the Cash Management Analyst position and other treasury functions as needed.<br /><br />Support continuity of operations by assisting with forecasting, reconciliations, reporting, and system processes during absences or peak workload periods.<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, general business, tax, statistics or a related field is required.<br /><br />Intermediate knowledge of accounting, finance, economics, general business, tax, statistics, and utility operations.<br /><br />Ability to perform analysis as structured by others.<br /><br />Hiring Range: $59,861 to $76,921 for Treasury Analyst II, which includes all I requirements plus 2+ years of accounting experience, comprehensive knowledge of theory and general practices of the field, demonstrated advanced understanding of the accounting field, and a good understanding of the company’s business processes and operations.<br /><br />Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.<br /><br />Hybrid work options are available for this role. The full salary range for this position is $59,861 to $107,481.
