This role actively learns the business, understands target audiences, and designs in direct support of marketing strategy, messaging, and organizational goals. This position will manage annual campaign creative collateral, with responsibility for visually relaying messaging in a manner that drives interest and elicits response. This position also participates in additional group functions including brainstorming and event marketing strategy.<br /><br />Job Description<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Design and produce visual assets across print, digital, environmental, and experiential applications in support of marketing initiatives<br /><br />Interpret customers' design needs into feasible graphic design ideas and information; provide recommendations in the graphic design process; develop a strong understanding of the company’s business model, customer segments, and marketing objectives to guide design decisions<br /><br />Coordinate with design team and facilitate the production of advertisements and other media display projects while ensuring a precise match to original requirements; participate in the collection of customer needs for graphic design work and gives suggestions to senior management on the implementation of strategic plans for graphic design<br /><br />Execute work confidently within established creative direction while actively contributing ideas that improve clarity, craft, usability, and effectiveness; stay abreast on technological advances within the field<br /><br />Conceptualize ideas and execute designs; accurately and efficiently design advertisement products or services within specific deadlines<br /><br />Develop and deliver graphic design work and visual materials utilizing specific graphic design, web development, and animation/sound processing tools<br /><br />Manage the overall quality of artwork to ensure that advertisements and other media products are in line with accessibility, brand, and quality standards, and applicable laws consistently across all work<br /><br />Maintain organized files, documentation, and version control to support collaboration and long-term asset management<br /><br />Participate constructively in critiques and cross-functional discussions, incorporating feedback and helping projects move forward efficiently<br /><br />Research and share creative resources, tools, or workflow improvements that strengthen team effectiveness over time<br /><br />Qualifications<br />Minimum Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with 3–5 years of graphic design experience<br /><br />AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:<br /><br />Experience with Adobe Creative Suite<br /><br />Creative thinker<br /><br />Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality work<br /><br />Self-starter; able to set priorities and work with minimal supervision<br /><br />Excellent verbal communication skills<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
