Within each of these practices, our team provides exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, procurement.<br /><br />We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Interior Designer to work full-time in our Boston, MA office. The Interior Designer will assist in design, coordination, production, and development of various commercial interior design projects. This position requires a thorough understanding of current design trends, materiality, drafting, and a high level of experience using Revit, InDesign, &amp; Photoshop software. In addition, this position requires the ability to communicate effectively with the design team and adapt to changes and elect most effective methods of accomplishing tasks.<br /><br />Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications:<br /><br />Assists on the ideation, conceptual, and schematic design development of various projects.<br /><br />Participates in the design, production, and construction documentation phases of various commercial projects throughout the lifecycle of a project.<br /><br />Follows standard drafting practices, and reviews standard reference sources to accomplish design intent, and concise design deliverables and construction documents.<br /><br />Works with senior staff to coordinate design and address redline revisions for completing design documents or as directed by immediate senior staff.<br /><br />Works within established project schedules, staff resources, and works efficiently and as directed by an immediate supervisor.<br /><br />Assists with construction administration, RFIs, project submittals, and project site visits.<br /><br />Meets project schedules and maintains positive relationships with clients and the Ci Design project teams.<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in interior design/interior architecture from a CIDA accredited College or University.<br /><br />Minimum 8+ years related experience with multifamily, commercial, or hospitality projects.<br /><br />Proficient in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office Applications.<br /><br />Ability to multitask, work as part of a team and work independently on multiple projects.<br /><br />Strong organizational and communication skills.<br /><br />Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.<br /><br />Versatile, self-motivated, and articulate.<br /><br />Strong organizational skills<br /><br />Strong interest in continued professional growth, NCIDQ Certified or on track with certification.<br /><br />Additional graphic and 3D software capabilities are a plus.<br /><br />What We Offer<br /><br />Opportunity to work on diverse projects<br /><br />Supportive and collaborative work environment<br /><br />Professional development and mentorship<br /><br />Competitive compensation and benefits package<br /><br />This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced designer looking to take on challenging projects, lead design initiatives and leverage their extensive experience in shaping significant architectural endeavors.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
